I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF Education First
Interview
I applied to EF and was shortly contacted by the hiring manager. Proceeded to have an amazing phone interview. The manager was very easy to talk to, and the questions were all normal "interview questions", nothing out of the ordinary. I was invited to the office a week afterwards. There I interviewed with the manager (who had held the phone interview) and then with a supervisor in the same department. The office was colorful, spacious, and had a young vibe. The interview went really well and I was shortly contacted to go back for a shadowing interview. This consisted of listening to a phone call and explaining what the position was about. I was contacted by email a week afterwards and told I would not be a perfect fit for the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at EF Education First (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2024
Interview
Had a phone interview that was 45 minutes and I thought I was such a great candidate. Never heard back and job says still reviewing. That was in July. I would have appreciated at least being told wether I got the job or not
