One week later after applying, I was offered an interview by skype which was rearranged multiple times due to poor signal or late minute meetings.
First, the interviewer described the job and explained what it is required. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and attempted to cut the formality of the interview process.

In person interview; general competency questions - drawing on previous experience and working with children etc etc - one on one with the site manager, only took 10 mins; wasn't particularly challenging not trying to catch you out at all

Interview
I applied for Activity Leader in early December, and got an email 1-2 days after saying that they would like to interview me.
We had a skype conversation the morning after, the recruiter was very nice, and I felt comfortable during the whole interview which took no longer than 30 minutes.
Most of the questions were background check, personality and situational questions.
