Candidature en ligne sur leur site, 2 mois d’attente puis Appel téléphonique de quinze minutes avec des questions assez simples puis entretien par skype (à venir). Entretien très sympa, j’ai été mise à l’aise

Questions sur les motivations du job, qualités, puis évaluation du niveau d’angalis
Ho partecipato a un primo colloquio conoscitivo di gruppo online. In questo primo colloquio, svolto in lingua inglese, mi hanno chiesto 1) le motivazioni per cui volevo lavorare con loro e perché secondo loro sarei stata qualificata per il ruolo; 2) cosa avrei fatto in una situazione che si sarebbe potuta verificare durante il viaggio studio.

Interview
A Zoom interview with standard questions. Even though the job ad was in English, mentioned "international groups of students", and did not mention at all the necessity for the local language for work, during the interview it turned out that the job would be fully in the local language.
The interviewer was inflexible about this, and insisted on conducting the interview in local language.
Very low pay indicated for Course Leader position.
