I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF Education First in May 2015
Interview
It was an online Skype interview that asked pretty normal questions. There is a word association part where you have to say the first thing that comes to mind. No role play or anything like that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at EF Education First in Nov 2012
Interview
I uploaded my CV to a website and was then contacted by a recruiter who asked if I would be interested in working in China. They then passed my details to EF Baotou and the current DoS was quick in getting in touch with me and setting up an interview. We had the interview on skype, first we has a chat about the ity and job details and then he sent me some files to look over for the next part of the interview. I had about 30 minutes to look at it, it as about a class, the things being taught, etc...I was then to talk about how I would iontroduce the topic, what sort of activities I would do, etc. After the whole process he talked to his center manager about me and how he thought I would fit into the team and the next day I was offered the position.
