I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Austin, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview process was lengthy and consisted of three rounds. The first was a quick call with all of the usual questions. Second was a video call with someone in HR & I had to present a sales pitch for anything that I chose. I had a couple of minutes to do it and was told in advance so I could prepare. I felt pretty good about it going in. The last round was the most difficult, as it was a couple hours long and with multiple people in the company. One task was to pretend I was on the phone with a teacher who wanted to study abroad and try to get her started on a sales call. I didn't know what to expect but my main takeaway afterwards was that it was important to ask a lot of clarifying questions.

The interview process was very smooth and easy. I had an initial phone screening, then about a week later, an interview with one employee that lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was 2.5 hours long that comprised of speaking with two different employees and then doing a 30 minute mock sales exercise. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
