1 - Online Hirevue (10/15 minutes) 2- 30 min online Interview 3- In-person Assessment day (including an interview and a business case, plus the possibility to meet people from the program)

First interview was quite good as it was more to see if my profile fitted the company and to explain me more about the Graduate Program. The overall experience of this interview was great as the person that interviewed me was genuinely interested in my development as a professional and also about my background.
