The whole process was smooth, I was encountered by an external recruiter who managed the whole process. I met with the director, who was friendly and warm throughout the whole experience.
Application via Linkedin. HR call first to define expectations. Then meeting with managers to discuss role, department fitting, my experience and skills. Final interview with line manager and after that final decision.

Questions on technical topics about projets I worked on
it's a internship interview. so it's just quite normal and not that difficult. first it's self intro, and then hr asks me questions, at last it's my turn to ask hr questions.
colloquio un pò atipico, non mi sono state poste particolari domande per conoscere il mio percorso accademico e di studio o di aspirazioni lavorative. Mi è stato semplicemente spiegato cosa stavano cercando e cosa vorrebbero da un candidato.
