How do you usually resolve conflicts in your teams?
it was good process. 3 rounds. all technical rounds. Asked mostly from the resume and projects worked upon in the tenure of mine. Asked basic questions and some system design questions and scenario

Interview
As per the recruiter , 3 rounds are there , 2 core technical with EM I and EM II , last round with the Director. first 2 rounds are 90 min. rounds , last one is 60 min. Writing code in the interview is expected. Also system desigining is also expected. 2nd Interviewer was rude ,even didn't show courtesy to close the interview politely, after I am done with my questions at the end , he just closed the call. Both interviewer didn't start their camera , at Manager level position interview it is expected to have a video call. really Unprofessional people in EPAM. The HR recruiter was good person , when I asked for my feedback , he gave it on a call , though I was not agree with the reason they gave for rejection. Anyways, all the best .

an org. has muelsoft used for internal system's API interaction. Provide arch. design , plan and approach to move the internal systems on Azure without Muelsoft. make it scalable , secure , cost effective.
