Interview was quick, got over in a day but there was no feedback. The process was smooth and there were no hurdles. I was interviewed in Hyderabad at Alliance Global but the EPAM Director Recruiting was fantasizing about an ideal recruiting world! And that too in INDIA!!
EPAM has stepped in India market and has no clue about Indian market. Offer declines, no-shows, mid-cycle drop-outs are alien terms for them! Wherein in India we eat, drink sleep back-outs. They need to grow upto India hiring and do proper market research before they initiate recruitment in India. Recruitment strategies should be country centric and not organization centric.
