Interview
I applied online.
I received an email for sitting online java test. After completing that I followed up with them and they took 10 days to reply back on same.
Then I received another email to sit for second java test. I completed that and then received an email for next step which was the discussion with talent recruitment team member.
Brief Discussion with HR Team member
(I was knocked out here and it was shocking for me since this discussion was quite brief regarding my work day life and visa status/process. I was not satisfied not with their decision on this since I can digest rejection on technical round but not the very basic hr discussion round.) In addition, this HR team member was different from the one whom I interacting form the beginning. When I asked them back, they said candidate's fitment with the team and company is as important as their technical ability and I was not fit with their team.
