Interview
First we had aptitude test which includes simple math problems and company related details questions. Test was about less than 1 hour duration. One day after the test we had interview. 1st phase of interview. After 1 week we had HR interview.

Question 1
Interview was one day after the aptitude test. . Interview was good. They asked to introduce yourself and some situation based questions to know how we respond to some situations.
1. I first had a group discussion, it could be based on any random top, mine was effect of social media on teens. The key is to take initiative and open conversation first, and to keep talking and adding points/ countering other members.
2. The next round was a computer test, it was basically general knowledge and banking related questions.
3. Then there was a Robotic interview
4. Offline HR round
5. Round 2 HR
The interviewers were nice. But the whole process felt too lengthy and almost took a month to get done with.
We mostly offer loans to people with little formal education who doesn't know the basics about finance, how do u think u can make people like that a client for us?
