I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Eastman in May 2021
Interview
Phone interview with HR to review resume, expectations etc. Second phone interview with prospective team which was mostly a casual conversation. Two on-site interviews. First interview was with managers and other was with contributors. First interview was more about personality while second was more about relevant skillset.

Question 1
*Tell me about yourself?
*What do you know about the company?
*Explain a previous challenge and how you overcame?
The interview was friendly and normal. The interviewers asked the usual questions about my previous jobs, my career goals, and how I worked in groups and with others. I interviewed with multiple people. They answered all of my questions. Overall, a positive experience.

Question 1
A project from my previous employer that I worked on.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eastman in Dec 2021
Interview
1.screening call with HR,2. interview with a business director, 3. business case study and presentation to two people at Eastman chemical. very strange and shady hiring process. You don't even know who the hiring mgr is and job description is very generic.

Question 1
first two rounds very conversational and typical interview questions. In the third round of interviews they were supposed to send me a business case with 48 hrs to study and make a presentation. however, there was actually no business case, they shamelessly asked me to share a product line / asset strategy with execution plans from my existing or previous employer with them!! obviously that raises a lot of ethical and legal questions.
