Interview
Interviews are taken very serious. It is an all day experience (but you are well fed starting with breakfast). The day starts with breakfast with your potential new boss and one potential coworker. This discussion is just a get to know you. Very relaxed.
After breakfast, you drive to Eastman where you meet with a room full of director level. I still haven't figured out what the point was for this, I guess just so they could look you in the eye and get a feel for you. No true interview questions except asking about your background.
The next set of interviews is with different employees where you are asked interview questions based on the S.T.A.R. method (google it). The formulation of answers is important because they want to know each step. What the issue was, what you did, the outcome, etc.
This continues for the rest of the day with a break for lunch where you go out (often your choice) for lunch again with your boss and a few coworkers that you would be working closest with.

Question 1
The "most difficult question" was not so much the question (they are all pretty standard), but it was that you are asked the same/very similar questions by different people throughout the day. I had trouble coming up with different answers/situations/examples to give for each one, but looking back I now know that it is completely fine to use the same situation over again.
30 min teams call with hiring manager. Easy going conversation about my work experience and reasons for applying to the position. First step in the interview / hiring process. Was stated that next steps would be an in person panel interview.
Zoom interview following a conversation at a career fair, great experience overall with challenging and fair questions. The hiring staff seems very professional and put-together. Furthermore, the application process online was very simple and easy to complete.

- Phone Interview: behavioral questions (STAR format), talk about work experience, and job details.
- Notified that I was going to be flown out to the Kingsport location. Upon arrival, I ate dinner with a group leader and a senior mechanical engineer. The following day, I ate breakfast with two engineers. One of them then drove me to the plant location, which is when the interview started. All the interviews were very relaxed. After the interviews, two managers took me to lunch and then we went on a plant tour. To end, I spoke with HR about potential benefits, etc.
