Applied online, contacted by HR for screening phone interview, passed on to the hiring manager. Then had an interview with the lead application engineer and then sales director. Follow up with HR for salary discussion.

It's a meaningful experience and Eastman is a good company which has a balance resource given.

After I had 5 interviews, I have responded negative due to my german language weakness and relocation progress. I am not satisfied the hiring progress. Because my language level and relocation status could be evaluated at the beginning of the progress, not after all of these interviews.
