Very straight forward. Three rounds of interviews.
1. Phone screening with HR.
2. Phone call interview with Hiring manager.
3. Panel interview with hiring manager and other team members. Followed by a plant tour.

Tell us about a situation where you had to deal with materials being delayed. how did you resolve the issue and what would you had done differently.
