I was contacted by a recruiter one week after submitting my online application. She took notes to send to the Hiring Manager and we spoke a few days later. During the phone call with the Hiring Manager and Lead Engineer (review of resumè and skills), I was invited for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview begins with a PowerPoint presentation you are to complete before arrival. I chose to personalize mine. Afterward, we moved to two-person interviews with various departments managers. All questions are behavioral and aim to see how well you align with Eaton’s core values based on your experiences (STAR format). I was granted a plant tour and lunch with the team afterward.
Overall, everyone was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and bright. They really aim to have the best possible candidate who stands for Eaton’s mission.
