Conversational. There is formality, but it is also a conversation. Use of "tell me about a...". Have a plan and course of interest for what you will do with the job to help provide an understanding of why to be selected.
Good interview process with detailed process overview. KPI related discussions and project management skill as well. Supply Chain related techniques used to cater difficult situations in real based scenarios with team management and leadership expertise
