Interview
They collected my resume at my schools career fair, about a month later I got an email request for phone interview. Phone interview was with an engineer manager, going over resume and basic job-fit questions. A week later I got invited to second round interviews. Eaton paid for flight, hotel, and food.
The second interview was with 2 different engineer managers, then about a 10 minute presentation in front of 3 engineering types and 1 HR. Everyone was friendly, they asked a few questions after the presentation. The interviews were all STAR questions, very little technical.
Verbal offer 1 week later, written 2 weeks after that. The company left a very good taste in my mouth after spending the day interviewing, not as unrealistically optimistic as some.

Three interviews with variety of personnel: Team leader, Support Engineer, and Controller. Mostly was spent describing and selling the position, did not ask too many specific questions of the interviewee.
