The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton in Nov 2008

      Interview

Went to an info session about the company, talked to one of the HR personnel, and gave them my resume. Contacted them a few days later and got an interview. The interview took place on campus, and lasted for about an hour and a half. Mostly was told about the job, asked about things on my resume, just had to explain my previous jobs, and had some questions about ethics since it is very big on ethics as a company.

      Question 1

If you had a part that fell just outside specifications, but only 1 in a 1000 would malfunction, would you still accept the part?
