2 stage - 1 with Manager next with HR manager. Both interviews were fairly formal and lasted over an hour each time. Accurate description of role. Left with a good feeling.

Mediocre. Behavioral based competency questions are asked the majority of the interview. There is some time at the beginning to review your resume and at the end for questions. Make sure to have questions lined up to ask the interviewers. At the end of a couple of my interviews there was a lot of extra time for questions. Some interviews we were talking all the way until the end.

It was telephonic round. Initially coordinating was good from the company's recruiters but the worst was the ending. After 1 weeks when i started following up nobody replied to my email & never bothered to answer my phone calls & i did that for almost a month. I never expected that such unprofessional recruitment team will exist in Eaton.
