The interview process was smooth and thorough. It lasted about 45 minutes and I was shown the shop floor and type of machines I would be setting up and running.

Good interview process and a lot of technical questions and reading drawings, did a tour of the facility it was a big building. Make sure to ask a lot of questions while on the tour to look interested in the process and production flow
