There was a HackerRank test and a Wonderlic test before anything else was done. After that, there were a few interviews with various people within relevant teams. This was spread out over a few weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were a lot of questions about custom Drupal modules.
I applied online. I interviewed at Elevated Third (Denver, CO) in Nov 2020
Interview
Interview lasted about 4 hrs, consisting of 4 parts:
1) Watching a presentation about the company's values.
2) A 4-way interview where they asked me about past experiences. This felt invasive. They tended to focus on the negative. I got the impression they were looking for people who were highly agreeable.
3) A technical interview where I was asked to "share some projects", which really meant giving a prepared presentations about the projects, showing your code, and going into detail about what you did and why. You will need to take the lead on this. They are looking for excellent presentation skills, and are looking specifically for Drupal 8 projects.
4) Talking with a "senior developer", who was a great guy, but he said he doesn't have any say in the hiring process.

Question 1
A lot of vague, open-ended questions. I got the impression they were not prepared for the interview. It felt very disorganized, and everyone involved appeared very stressed/anxious.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. I am sorry that you felt the interview was too invasive or that we were not prepared. It is important that we are fair with the questions we ask for every candidate, and we work hard to make sure this happens with each interview. If you would like further feedback, please reach out. We would be happy to talk with you about it. Thanks again.
