I applied and received an email for a take-home assignment. Two part assignment. It was pretty engaging and I thought I did a reasonable job but got rejected the morning after submitting with no reason.

Personable and straightforward interviewers My original interviewer for the second round got switched out and it seemed like the replacement didn't want to be there. But I did get the impression that he was trying his best to engage in conversation outside of the questions he asked.
