Easy. They ask the same simple standardized questions. It was just the general manager he lacked enthusiasm and seemed not care how I answered the question. I think he just wanted someone upstairs making beds no matter what I said.

Job fair... I interviewed by front office manager and then the current gm and was offered the position the same day. I started the job the next day and thrown right into the daily drama of the hotel

it was my initial to find out emails of good hotels in all over gulf country Bahrain was my priority. then i have got a call back from FOM of elite suites.then all process was in email. telephonic interview and all. after all i was selected.
