They hire recruiters from India or some third party services because they want to keep costs low but they don’t know the legal rules in other states and trying to hire therapists in Minnesota from other locations seems like a terrible idea. People from nicer climates don’t want to move to bad climate areas. The recruiters from outside the US don’t know what U.S. residents requirements are. The employee candidates qualified are not interested in employers outside of the state. It’s all bad l. Skip this!

Call was completed with clinical director. I elected to end the interview process at this point as the pay structure and workload seemed unbalanced and not in favor of clinicians.
