Interview
Initial phone interview followed by a link to take an IQ type test and comprehensive DBA skills assessment. The assessment took over 4 hours and covered SSIS, SSRS, creating a data warehouse, and query tuning. After the assessment there was a follow up interview. It took approximately 30 days from when I initially inquired about the position until I received an offer.

Question 1
In the one-on-one interview most of the questions were high level process questions or basic, such when to use FULL vs SIMPLE recovery. Where specific knowledge was required was in the skills assessment.
