I applied through university. I interviewed at Enbridge
Interview
I interned at this company during the summer. After the internship, there were interviews with each project execution group. You get to find more about each group and their responsibilities.

Question 1
Tell me a time you had some difficulty with people and how did you go about it.
After your resume gets reviewed, you get invited to fulfill a recorded interview with about 4 questions. They’re very typical behavioral/getting to know you questions such as what you could contribute to the team, a time you failed, etc. After this, if selected there is an in person or live video call interview with a couple of people. One will be taking notes on your answers. I think the interview style and questions vary depending on who is doing the interview and for what position (early careers vs experienced professionals). For me, there were about 8-10 questions most of which were behavioral and similar to the video recording ones.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were working on a project and something went wrong in the middle of it? What did you do to resolve it and move forward?
The asked questions about engineering and pipelines and fluids. Also about their core values and my experience. A lot of personality questions. Also asked about my interests and future goals in the industry
It was a good interview process. The system they use is very easy to use but is different than anything that I've experienced during interviews for other employers. Overall it was a good learning experience.
