Interview
Very straightforward. Mainly want to know your mechanical aptitude and ability to think outside the box. Also want to know who you are as a person and what assets you'll bring to the company.

Question 1
Q: If the engine oil filter is clogged in flight, what happens and what is the next course of action?
Q: In what position should the engine cowl flaps be in when conducting ground operations?
Q: How would you describe your work ethic and the impact it has in your work environment and amongst your peers?
They will fly you to Minneapolis if you don’t live there I don’t know if they changed it to online interviews this was pre covid, interview is average. They will ask you some A&P school questions if you’re still fresh pit of school

Interview
Interview was straight forward. They asked about how my previous work experience relates to my desired one. Situational questions, aircraft related questions and behavioral questions. Was also asked five different general aviation maintenance related questions.
