Interview
There was an initial screening followed by a 1:1 with hiring manager. Then a 5 person (half day) interview with engineering manager, supply chain manager, director of sales, and others. Most questions were related to how I dealt with conflict. Later learned it’s because there was quite a bit of conflict.
