Talked to an Epic employee at my campus career fair and she informed me that was considered my first round interview. I got an e-mail a couple of days later asking me to take an online skills and personality test. The skills portion consisted of very easy arithmetic word problems. The personality portion consisted of questions where I was given 4-5 scenarios and asked to eliminate the one I prefer least until there was only one left. I received an e-mail about a week after the skills/personality test asking me for my schedule so I could do a one on one interview over Skype. The interview was completely behavioral, with the majority of the time spent going over my resume. A few days after that interview, I got an e-mail saying that they would not be moving forward with further interviews.
