I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Started with a phone interview, followed by a skills assessment testing logical thinking and problem solving capabilities. Then a couple days later invited in for an in person "final" interview. Overall a good experience and the process seemed to be laid out fairly well. Met lots of friendly and professional people along the way.

Question 1
What will be a distinguishing factor between job offers?
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
