      {Project Manager/Corporate Education Interview

      11 Oct 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Verona, WI
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2012

      Interview

I applied after being referred by a current employee. I was soon contacted for a short phone interview. After that, they called me to set up an on site interview. Since I am local, I had a half-day of tests and interviews. I must have done well because they brought me back again for another five hours of interviews and a presentation. They were then considering me for both positions instead of just project manager. Close to two weeks later they called to let me know they are pursuing other canidates.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The interviews themselves are easy. They also have you meet with people who do the job, and other candidates. You are expected to ask questions. The whole process is difficult because it is so involved and time consuming. Furthermore, the tests are tricky and meant to be, so if you do not read carefully, you won't do well.
