I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2013
Interview
People here have pretty much nailed the actual interview process. I think it would be worth noting that most of the communication was by email, but to actually offer me a job they called, less than a week after my interview date. This company is not for the overly serious employee; pretty much everyone with whom I interviewed was fresh out of their undergrad, and the campus in WI is designed to appeal to that audience. If you are not into whimsy for its own sake, this is not the location for you.
