I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Sept 2010
Interview
Initial phone screen with HR person. The screener's questions were all prepped for a recent college grad. Myself being an 'experienced' IT professional didn't match up with the questions being asked. The person was clearly reading from a script and would be flustered when answers didn't go according to plan. This was a very frustrating experience and the worst phone interview I've ever had.

Question 1
Nothing difficult was asked. Just all questions related to college and nothing about work experience.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online, then took a proctored exam of coding, math, and problem solving questions. A week later I was flown out to Madison for the onsite interview. We had an informal information/question session with an employee in the role, a behavioral interview with HR, two technical interviews with two different employees in the role, and a comprehension test.

Question 1
During the technical interview with an employee, I was asked how I could handle when 3 different situations go wrong on the same day. Which one would I help first? How would you tell them you need another week?...etc. Not all that technical but more situation based. Tech did play a role.
