I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Sept 2013
Interview
Recruiter saw my LinkedIn profile and sent me an email asking me to apply. I responded to her email, applied, and that same week I was set up with a phone screening interview. The questions were very standard. Tell me about yourself. How do you overcome challenges, etc. A couple of days later I received an email asking me to proceed with their hiring process by taking an assessment exam. It was at that time that I withdrew my application because the position did not align with my career interests.
