      Human Resources Interview

      13 Jan 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2008

      Interview

Nice company and courteous correspondence. They were a little unorganized and the process took time, but the work culture and job benefits seem phenomenal. They are really expanding and make a strong impression if you visit their Verona campus. Everyone gets their own office, and the architecture and atmosphere is incredible. Overall, they seem like a great company and I would have been thrilled to have received an offer.

      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2012

      Interview

Started out applying online, then moved onto a Rembrandt test. The phone interview was very basic, just kinda chatted with the guy. I drove in for a very basic interview. We discussed my current job and they gave me a rundown of the company and what I'd be doing. The 2nd interview was very, very basic. They asked a few "what would you do" questions and that was about it. I was very nervous for the interviews but they turned out to be about as stressful as the interview I had at Subway when I was 17. In the end, it seemed like a huge waste of time and that HR simply exists to exist.
