I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2021
Interview
Lengthy. Submitted an application, invited to a phone interview the next day, just to talk to someone who had the role I was applying for, pretty informal. Was then asked to take a proctored assessment, which took about 1.5 hours. Just some logic and basic coding questions. About a week after that assessment, I was asked to take another programming assessment, which took another 1.5 hours. A week later I was invited to interview, virtually this year, that would take place in 3 weeks. Started at 8:30 w/a product demo, then a 3:1 interview/conversation (3 interviewees, 1 current employee), then a 1:1 case study interview, then a check-in with an HR person and background check. Lasted about 3 hours total.

Question 1
Case study: basically you start your day with 2 clients and 1 coworker all needing something, how do you prioritize them/manage your time?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
This process included a few online assessments (technical and personality based), calls with a recruiter, one 4 hour day that included multiple technical and non-technical interviews, as well as times to ask questions from someone in the role currently.
