They reached out fast. They did an interview and then had you take some assessments to test your logic and reasoning. The assessment was unique because they assessed your ability to code. The timing was hard. Not a lot of feedback

The phone interview was simple and quick. The online assessment, however, was quite difficult and took 3.5 hours. They also required you do a personality assessment, which wasn't too difficult and I think tried to gauge how you would fit in the company.
The first stage was a phone call with someone in the position you are applying for.
The second stage is an online examination which takes multiple hours.
The last stage is zoom interviews.
