      Industrial Engineer Interview

      20 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2025

      Interview

Applied through LinkedIn and then received invite for assessment within the week. Have not heard back within two weeks and application is still as being reviewed. Deceptive posting on LinkedIn as they make the cities all over the world when in reality only can work in Wisconsin. During the information session they say they do not do this but it is obviously a lie. If you are not moving forward with a candidate you should inform them as soon as possible that is the most respectful thing to do. If you are receiving too many applications maybe do not post faulty LinkedIn ads for people to apply. Assessment is outdated and not relevant to certain roles within the category. Overall poor experience which likely reflects the reason for high turnover rate within the first two years.
