Phone interview, very simple. They asked the very most common interview questions along with describing the job, the location, and the culture. It was through the phone, not very difficult.
The first step is a role introduction, where they guide you through the daily responsibilities of a Tech Solutions Engineer, provide an overview of the city of Madison, Wisconsin, and introduce you to the Epic campus in Verona, Wisconsin.

Initial application > screening call > personality test > sphinx test math-cs-logic > final day interview about 4-5 hours (some parts with recruiter, some case-study, some informational, etc) > couple days after final interview > offer received
