The interview process was painfully long and took 2-3 weeks between each stage. I originally applied through a job posting on LinkedIn and had the HR Screening Interview, followed by interviews with the Hiring Manager, Department Head, Senior Project PM and finally the Director of IT (5 Interviews Total!) Each stage took time to schedule and required coordination with separate HR Reps, outside of the main HR contact I was working with. The total amount of time from my initial interview to when I received notice from my HR Contact that I had not been selected for the role was almost 9 weeks! To make matters worse, the HR rep went on vacation the week I was supposed to get the news on whether I had gotten the role and his back-up never contacted me, leaving me in the dark for almost a week and a half, even after sending them a reminder. The HR person was nice, but failed to provide any major feedback on why I was not selected for the position. Needless to say, I will not be pursuing any opportunities with this company ever again!
