I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2016
Interview
Was contacted by branch manager, did 2 phone interviews and 1 interview in person.Phone interviews consisted of about 60% covering company background and RBG business model. The other 40% was a variety of personal questions and relationship building. During the in person interview we went over the same information as well as meeting team members during their weekly meeting.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Interview
Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
