I was refereed by an employee. i was then invited to a group overview by Head of Office, they were professional, but i did not leave with a clear sense
of my job function.
The one on one clarified that this was a commission only position, and that i need to get licensed, and i would pay for it....
Overall the process was direct...

First interview was a group interview with three other applicants. Overall intro to equitable and wealth management. Easy going our interviewer was easy and talking about sports. Second interview was 1:1. Not too different from the first. Couple behavioral questions. Didn’t pursue final interview round.

Smooth and easy interview process, nothing super difficult. Go through them getting to know you, to situational questions, to giving a presentation showcasing your ideology related to the position. Be yourself and show that you are willing to work hard and be a sociable person.

Interview
The interview process was two rounds they told me that that the job would be highly sales based and could only offer a base salary of $24k which decreased as you bring in business.
