One casual phone call with a manager. It was probably less than 20 minutes. Then one zoom interview with a slightly more senior manager. They provide no guidance or next steps and make you pay for everything along the way. Avoid this at all costs.

Interview process included a casual phone call to go over position expectations, followed by a more in depth call, then an in person interview with both your district manager and the EVP.

3. if they want you, they will ask you to pay portion of the review materials and licensing cost( LAH, Series 7 & Series 63)
4. you need to study for approximately 3-4 months and need to pass everything in order to proceed with the pre-employment process
