I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors
Interview
The process was very informative, and I left each of the three in-person interviews with a greater understanding of the position that I was pursuing. The up-front cost to work at AXA Advisors was a bit daunting, as I see other advising firms pay the employee during and for the licensing. AXA does not do either.

Question 1
I don't remember them asking me specific 'interview' questions, rather it was just a dialogue of the position and what a day in the life of a financial professional at AXA Advisors looks like.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Boca Raton, FL)
Interview
Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
