I applied through university. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Troy, MI)
Interview
Very strange. Talked little about me. The very 1st question after the interviewer (VP of Regional Firm) introduced himself was "What do you want to know about AXA?" Completely valid question, but I was a little caught off guard over the structure and process of the interview. I was a scheduled for a 30 minute interview, and we ended up talking for 50 minutes, however I never heard from the company again. It seemed like we talked very little about me, or getting to know me, and there were very few objective questions. Like I said, it was very strange, but I guess you have to be prepared for anything.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Interview
Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
