Through a recruiter, I passed my resume from the HR of the company. And I got the interview with a director. I spent 2weeks totally.

The process was really long... about 3 months. First, you meet with HR, then you meet with the Department a few times. It was pretty stressful to wait so long, especially if it is a job you really want.
