Submission of General Online Application inclusive of Resume, Cover Letter, Background Information, etc... Virtual 1:1 Interview with Presidential Leadership Human Resources Personnel (30-45min). Completion of Online Leadership Assessment. Very streamlined interview process. Took place over the course of three months. Received communication on the anticipated deadlines. Very friendly HR.

The first round was a group interview. There was 4 other applicants and the questions were behavioral and the same question was asked to all interns. Then there was a group activity where the inteviewer observed how you guys worked in a group.
