The interview was with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for the Assistant Manager Visual Merchandising with Smashbox. The interviewer asked about my experience as it relates to this new role. She also discussed what responsibilities the role will entail. The interview was fairly simple, however, following the interview the recruiter never followed up regarding my candidacy, which was unprofessional considering the time and effort it takes to plan, schedule, and attend a video interview.
