Interview
Long, tiring process. The way the company is structured in cluster means that will you need to interview with at least 6 different people for simple financial analyst or sr analyst position. You would think they are interviewing for CEO position. Each person has no communication with each other so they keep asking you the same questions over and over again. Not to mention they leave you waiting even though you are on time to the interview.
So be prepared for this, also the working space is very very tight...beyond open space and very cluttered.
